We have extensive experience in equipping various ice sports venues both in Finland and abroad. The dasher board systems are always designed according to the customer’s wishes and existing requirements and conditions. Regular maintenance and upkeep of the ice dasher board system significantly increases the product’s lifespan. If the rink is not maintained all year round, its materials and structures suffer and the risk of accidents increases.
Customer centered - a reliable way of working
We offer our customers a comprehensive service. We help the customer in all phases of the project. First, we map out the customer’s wishes and needs for equipping the rink and then we make a customized and comprehensive offer based on that. If necessary and if possible, we will go on site to survey the needs of the location.
Leasing solutions for larger investments can be arranged through us, as well as financing models for investments by private customers, such as Playline for the backyard.
Quotation phase and consulting
In the offer phase, we map and familiarize ourselves with the needs of the site together with the customer and advise what should be taken into account in the planning phase. Together, we select the rink structures, equipment and components that best meet the needs of the site. We prepare a proposal, on the basis of which we build and refine an accurate project-specific and comprehensive quotation. When everything is clear, the delivery will be complete at the agreed time.
Planning and execution
After the deal is made, our own planning starts to implement our jointly agreed solutions. Our planning then documents the materials used in the project and produces the project-specific drawings and production photos needed for the subcontractors and our own production. The planning also prepares project-specific layouts, cutaway drawings, installation and maintenance instructions, which we deliver to the customer either in writing or electronically at the end of the project.
We also offer a comprehensive installation service. Our installation team installs the products ready for use if necessary. The installation and the need and extent of the installation work are already mapped out together with the customer in the quotation phase.
At its simplest, the installation of the product involves an installation instructor who helps the customer’s group with the correct installation and also participates in the installation itself. At its most extensive, the installation works on a turnkey basis, leaving the customer only to worry about the acceptance test. Usually, during installation, it is convenient to train the site’s staff in product maintenance and service. The cost of the installation is based on statutory compensation, including per diems and travel allowance.
Service and maintenance
We offer maintenance services to ensure the ease of the customer’s daily life. Our own maintenance team will come to the site, if necessary, even with a short notice. We deliver spare parts to the rinks from the warehouse within a few days.
As a novelty, we have launched a maintenance contract concept, where a maintenance contract is made with the customer. The customer can choose between different levels of service packages according to their needs. Our basic package includes two maintenance visits per year, with inspections, tightening, greasing and replacement of wearing parts. The Premium level includes eight visits and very extensive preventive and sustaining service. The packages also include advantages in the prices of spare parts. In addition, we also offer among other things match goal exchange service as dressed goals as its own productized service package.
