Ice covering systems
With ice covering floors, the ice rink can be covered for other events without melting the ice. The ice cover consists of tiles that make it quick to install the floor. An ice rink cover floor can be on ice for several days without freezing. The floor can withstand heavy loads and can be driven over by both a forklift and a truck.
The ice covering floor is made of compressed glass fibre reinforced polyurethane foam. The “waffle pattern” of the underside of the ice rink cover floor is designed to keep cold air under the floor, thus achieving excellent insulation properties.
- Light and easy to handle
- Great impact resistance
- Great wear resistance
- Doesn’t weave, crumble or tear
