ICEPRO SUPERLINE is a safe and exible next-gen- eration dasher board solution that requires no verti- cal supports for arena shields. The exible pro le-based frame of the ICEPRO SUPERLINE dasher board solution has proved to be an excellent choice in, for example, Hartwall Arena, a premiere multi-purpose arena, where it has been used successfully for sever- al years. The elements now come with a light yet stur- dy steel top pro le for mounting side and end boards without vertical supports. SUPERLINE has been test- ed to the speci cations set and approved by the Flex Rink Committee of the Finnish Ice Hockey Association. The collision properties of SUPERLINE boards have also been simulated using advanced computer calcula- tion methods. SUPERLINE has been installed e.g. to Biel in Switzerland and Kokkola in Finland..
l End and side shields that require no vertical support beams provide unobstructed view to the ice. Material: premium-quality 15 mm acrylic plastic toughened on both sides.
l Flexible curved safety elements in shield ends. l Symmetrically exible pro le-based frame with
optimised vertical pro les and horizontal braces. l Flexible high-safety structure that complies with
the new recommendations and speci cations.
l Guide parts between elements; 2 guides per joint. The guides and the elements can be detached and
removed at any point.
l Thermal isolation in joints between elements to
reduce condensation.
l In the standard version the elements are
l Quick-mount brackets are available as an option.
Each joint has two brackets. .
l The quick-mount brackets are also available as a
retro t option.
l Guide parts between the ice dam (perimeter
beam) and the board elements make installation a snap and prevent the boards from shifting on top of the ice dam.
l Thermal insulation of the ice dam ensures the ice stays hard also near the boards.
l Guide parts in the joints between the ice dam elements make installation fast and easy and keep the ice dam securely in place.
l An advertisement shield system that attaches to the rear surface of the dasher board elements is available as an option.
The rear panel of the SUPERLINE boards can ex- tend down to the oor or ground, or can be left open near the base (see picture) to make installation and dismantling easier. The side of the railing that faces to- wards ice is a narrow, high-safety milled polyethylene component. No additional soft rail – the component that often breaks down during use – is required.
As the distance between the rear wall and the puck board is minimal,
no separate pad- ding or mechanically weak structures are required.
